I have trouble to decipher the name of the district. I read:
1905 DEATHS Registered in the District of ? in the Union of S(outh) Dublin in the County of Dublin

I'm not familiar with Dublin registration districts, but it looks to me like S. City No. 1 - is that feasible?

Found it! South City No.1 was a sub-district of the Dublin South registration district.

The name of the street was doing my head in, I thought it said Fridriell which didn't seem correct, tried all sort of searches and combinations, than finally though to see if he had made a will.
He lived at 14 North Frederick St. I'd be useless at transcribing.
