Here's a brief family tree to help you understand who's who etc. The Woolwich marriage record would give you Thomas Redmond's and Norah Power's fathers' details. I'm not certain about Norah Power's birth but the Mallow birth in 1870 looks possible to me.

Was just thinking a tree would be helpful! Good work Blue70.
There are quite extensive army records for Thomas on Findmypast and Ancestry. He first joined the Royal Irish regt at Clonmel in 1884 but seems to have transferred very soon thereafter to the Northumberland Fusiliers with whom he served until 1905 ( regt number 666). The record confirms all the details re Norah and the three children ie birth/ marriage dates and places. If I am reading the record correctly he appears to have been shot in the buttock in Nov 1899 and was returned to home duties. He later received pension payments in respect of this wound and the resulting scars are recorded on his record when he rejoined in Feb 1917 ( Regt no 243264/ 505500) He was age 51 years 5 months and was an Excavator by trade. He was recruited as a Pioneer, Inland Water Transport Royal Engineers. He served at home until April 2017 and then went to France as part of the British Expeditionary Force. He was demobbed on 14 Mar 1919. His conduct is recorded as very good although there is a record of him going awol temporarily in 1918 while on leave from France to Dublin.
Served with Special Service Corps in Ashanti Expedition 1895 -6 , Sudan Expedition 1898, South Africa 1899 - 1900, Occupation of Crete 1898 . Wounded at Modder River 28/11/1899. Seems to have been at home 1900-1902 before returning to India 1902 -1905.
Medals - Ashanti Star, Sudan Medal 1898 with clasp Khartoum, Queens Kedinas?, Queen's South Africa 1899- 1902 with clasp Belmont and Modder River plus First World War standard medal issue.
Seems to have been a Drummer 1885-1890
Next of kin is father Charles of Blanchardstown, Dublin

Talking of a Charles, there was an Eileen Redmond died 1928 probably too young to be the witness at the 1919 marriage, informant Charlie Redmond. Might be related.

Possible baptism for Thomas. Thomas Redmond, born 10 Jun 1860, son of Charles Redmond and Julia Hughes of Black Horse Lane, baptised 11 Jun 1860 at St Paul's Dublin City, godmother Catherine Hughes.

Parents' marriage was at St Paul's Dublin city on 2 Aug 1857. Charles Redmond of 11 Black Horse Lane son of Thomas Redmond of Black Horse Lane and Julia Hughes of Royal Canal House Broad Stone daughter of John Hughes of Black Horse Lane. Witnesses were Michael Daly of Black Horse Lane and Theresa Jenkins of 3 Phibsboro Road. The image seems to be missing from the NLI website but is available free on FindMyPast and probably on Ancestry too.

Well done for finding Thomas. I had guessed at Charles and Julia as possible parents but hadn't gone back as far as 1860 as army records point to 1865 with a reference also to a birth in 1863. Charles appears to be deceased in 1896 at marriage of his son Edward ( born 1867). There was however a son called Charles born 1876 who may be the Charlie on the death cert of Eileen.

I searched in vain for a birth entry for Thomas in 1864-66 then in vain for baptisms c1863. One reason for the younger age given in records could be the desire to bring down the age gap between Thomas and Norah.
