Decipher mother's name on birth cert

A distant relative has just e mailed a full copy of my grandmothers birth certificate.
I can read most of the entry bar the mothers name?
I can make out Charlotte Prosser but formally ?
I have attached that part which I am unable to read, any volunteers.

It looks like 'formerly Crane' to me.

There is a possible Stoke on Trent marriage in 1886, Charlotte Crane and William Henry Prosser on the same page  :-\
