Immigration to England from Europe in 1894
« on: Wednesday 11 January 17 11:20 GMT (UK) »
Is there anywhere I can search for passenger details of immigration from a European country to England in 1894? Ancestors Nathan and Sarah Tuch (maybe Tucholski) first child's birth registered in Denmark, then a year later in 1895 their second child's birth is registered in England. So sometime during 1894 and 1895 they moved to England but not really sure if they left from Copenhagen or another country such as Germany or Holland. Unfortunately the Nat. Archives UK only have details of immigration to England from countries outside of Europe.

Passenger Lists that are available were for longer, inter-continental, voyages.
Sometimes, if the boat stopped at a European port, additional passengers were noted.

Did they become naturalised, or gain British Citizenship?
TNA might have details, if so?

No pretty sure they didn't get naturalised. They were Jews and settled in Manchester. Where would an intercontinental voyage start from? Sorry but what is TNA?

Inter-Continental meaning travel from Africa, Asia or the Americas.

TNA = The National Archives.
