Good morning

I am hoping someone will be able to help me with more details regarding my husbands 5th Great Grandfather & Grandmother Daniel & Hannah Ash

I have searched and searched but cannot find any parents or baptism in the whole country for Daniel Ash born 1744 Blacksmith who brought his family up in Prestbury & Macclesfield. I have google searched his name but again coming up a blank. I have checked Ancestry on which I have an account and have just done a normal search on Find My Past & The Genealogist plus Family Search & FreeReg

He married Hannah Chapman on 23rd June 1766 at Prestbury Cheshire

His children were
Sarah 1767
Joseph 1768
Thomas 1771
Martha 1774
Daniel 1776
Mary 1778

I'd be interested to know if you've had any success as the only Daniel I have been able to find is bapt Lichfield 15 Apr 1751 son of John ASH & Judith (formerly PIDDOCK nee DORRIN(G)TON.
I have been researching Chapman linkS through comnnections in/near Macclesfield and Longnor, STAFFS.  hANNAH chapman WAS THE DAUGHTER OF nATHANIEL
I have some information about Daniel's 2nd marriage (1792), death (1817) and Admin of his estate (1850 !)
daughter Hannah (aka Ann/Nancy) married Oliver Wright
& possibly also a son Nathaniel (who was witness to marriage to Oliver Wright)  but have only a burial 7 Jan 1806 age 24 Macclesfield
