Where in Norfolk?
What did his parents do, and also what did he do in later life? - ie did he actually GO to school?  Are we talking Public School or local school (if there even was one in 1807-1816ish)
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

Also bear in mind that the survival rate of school records from the early 1800s is low.

If he is the Charles Fairweather who married Ellen Angell in Fransham 1824 you can't be certain he was even born in Norfolk.    He is shown as 'of that parish' which only means he was resident in the parish at the time.

There are no likely baptisms in Norfolk for a Charles around this time and from looking at online trees there seems to be a lot of 'guesstimates' involved here with people trying to make the pieces 'fit'.
