Can anyone read the name of the person present at birth for

Timothy Valentine Hayes.  Father John and Mother Bridget.

I would look at it if it was in any other format than pdf. so I could manipulate it for better reading which I can't do with pdf.

Agree Hallmark but I'm surprised there's no mention of relationship of the informant?
