Sorry for resurrecting this one, but what with lockdown, I'm covering old ground!

The Charles Whalley/Eliza Martin marriage in 1850 is a red herring - this Charles Whalley was a surgeon, so certainly not 'my' one.  Although, Eliza did die in 1857... why is this so hard?!

Still no further on from before, but wondering whether any more records are now available?

Charles (Cuthbert) Whalley b.c. 1821 Liverpool (apparently) - any marriages or baptism for him?

Charles Henry (Edward) Whalley b.c. 1855 - aka 'The Bigamist' - any census records, other than 1891, for him?

Any help with this brick wall would be gratefully received!
