Canal boat folk register ???
« on: Wednesday 27 July 05 22:40 BST (UK) »
OK I'm a stage further.

I've been searching the National Archive 1901 Census and 99% sure I've found most of the Family:- Keyes, Nash and Russell.  The Dangerfield side I've already got back to 1848 in my previous searches. The Nash, I'm sure my Great Grandfather was a Canal Boatman from the search I've found.

But before I get any vouchers to search in detail, most of my Grandparents and Great Aunts and Uncles were born after 1901, approx 1901-1910. Are there any registers to search to confirm or is it a case of going to the record office of their Admin. County or Parish to search the records, etc.
Nash:-             West Bromwich, Birmingham, Worcester
Dangerfield:-   Tipton, West Bromwich, & Canada
Keyes:-            Oldbury (Worcs), West bromwich, Chaceley (Gloucs)
Russell:-           Oldbury (Worcs)
Glover:-            Tipton, West Bromwich
Gorton:-           Oddington (Gloucs)
