army record discharged reason cant make out word

Can some one make out or understand what the reason for discharge was on this record I cant make out what is says

Discharged having claimed it on payment of £10 within three months after his attestation.

I should have added that it meant he bought his discharge.

I have no knowledge of the rates in 1910, I believe in 1920 it was about £35.
