Who did he marry?  (Hoping to hear it is to a Sarah someone-or-other).

Where did you get 1809 from as his marriage year?

There's a William Green married 1809, Whittlesey in Boyds but no spouse recorded.
Also in Boyds, William Green married 1820 and 1821, Whittlesey but again no spouse.

 Also a William Green b1795 with spouse Sarah in 1841 and 1851 census's in Whittlesey, occupation Farmer. These are proberly the 1820/21 marriages.

I saw the Marriage on Find My Past.

Disappointingly, it didn't give a spouse's name, just referred to Boyds Marriage Index, as solidrock says.

There was a marriage at Whittlesey 30 Novembeer 1801 of a Samuel GORE bac otp to Sarah ABBOT sp otp Witnesses:  Thos COUSIN and Susan PROCTOR

Also a possibly relevant burial of a Samuel GORE on 16 May 1804 at Whittlesey.
