In the Hampshire Allegations for marriage Licences Vol.1. it states; Hellier, John of Froyle, blacksmith 21 and Martha Silvester of the s, 21 sp. at F 10/10/1774.  In Family search there is a birth for a Mary Hillyer bap. 9/7/1788 Froyle parents John and Martha. There are also trees on line that show Mary marrying a Richard Calcott 30/5/1819 in Marylebone, Middlesex. They had a son also Richard in 1828.
regards.

Any particular reason why you think he might have been baptised in Binsted?

There was a Richard Hellier in Binsted around that time with children being baptised there.  Not found a John yet.

The record I found, which I think was from a Froyle parish record, was
John Hillier of Binsted aged 21 Blacksmith
Married Martha Silverton aged 21 on 10th / 11th October 1774 Froyle Hampshire
John Hellier of Binsted buried 23rd August 1821 aged 72 Froyle
I had assumed that he had been Baptised at Binsted.

Thank you for your record. They are obviously the same people. I will look else where for him
 Thanks again Val
