Is this a year of some kind or what?  The  Jajvijle  completely baffles me!

Is it perhaps a capital C at the end, rather than le ?

jaj = 1000
vijC = 700
So ... jajvijC and fifty seven = 1757

The handwriting is a little difficult to decipher in places.  C would certainly make more sense than le.

Perhaps because it was a specific query regarding one record rather than all the ones on this one?

I posted it as 'new'  as it is a generic question, not specific to the one sasine Goldie had been kind enough to transcribe for me.
