Are you suggesting that this is probably the one I'm looking for. Married in Medway district, back to London to have their first child, and then back over to where they married to settle down?

Frank & Frances Jordan can be found in the electoral registers for Oxted in 1933 (image 1130 of 1190) at Hawthorne Cottage Beadles Lane along with Frank jnr and Marjorie at Evershed Cottages.

Haven't checked other years.
