John Rouse Deacon FOOT

Hi,
According to the UK 1881 census JRDF & Hannah (nee TALL) had 4 children: Ellen I D (b abt 1868, no registration found); William R M (b abt 1865, no registration found); Hannah (b 1876) & John Rouse Upton (b 05 Jun 1882).

The family arrived in Victoria, Australia aboard the 'Orient' in 1886.

JRDF, a carpenter in 1881, died in Victoria in 1936, whilst Hannah (nee TALL) had predeceased him in 1914, also in Victoria.

I'm looking, without success, for what happened to the children and any other details regarding JRDF & Hannah.

John Rouse Deacon Foot's marriage cert is on line - married April 4 1875 at St. Andrew, Plymouth - and his father is James, occupation Carpenter. Is this John's brother?

"LOCAL FREEMASONRY - The election of 16 boys out of a list of seventy seven candidates for the Royal masonic Institution for boys will take place at Freemason's Tavern, London, on Monday, the 13th of Oct. Four of the candidates are from the Masonic province of Devonshire:- ...; William Robert Deacon Foot, of Plymouth, son of the late Brother James Foot, carpenter and builder, who was initiated in the Lodge of Harmony, No. 156, Plymouth, on the 20th Dec 1859."

Are William R.M and Ellen I.D on the 1881 Census Mary A. Foot's children - John's siblings?

Looking at the original image of the 1881 Census does it read "Esther" rather than "Ellen" - that's what I'm reading.

Death notice for Hannah Foot who died on 18th February 1914 at her home, 32 Churchill Grove, Glenferrie, Melbourne. The notice mentions a Hannah and John. R. Foot of Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.
