Have found a card index for a birth ,
any ideas  how I can trace the Paper it appeared in
Have looked on F M P,  no luck
Have name, d o b, parents  and note re a twin sister 
Born Islington London,   May 1919

I was under the impression that the original cards held by IHGS had the newspapers clippings on the back.

Maybe contact them for clarification
