I don't think it is a parish. It says Jälsnäs. It could be a farm.

Sure.  It is Sjogestad, Ostergotland.  Mans Danielsson died 22 June 1812.

It could be Järsnäs Parish.

I think it is Järsnäs because he came from Lommaryd Parish in 1772. Both parishes are in Småland.
