Lookup Request - John SUGDEN Birth/parents names Marsh Chapel

I've hit a bit of a brick wall and I'm currently trying to locate a birth for John Sugden to hopefully figure out who his parents were. According to the 1851 census it lists him as being born in Marsh Chapel Lincolnshire around 1804. He married Ann Collings in 1823 in Leeds Yorkshire. Any information would be greatly appreciated. He died 1860 - age shown as 58 so possible birthyear 1801/2
