This is just to satisfy myself! 

I've done a perspective adjustment on a-l's pic and then superimposed it (at 66% opacity) on to the painting that I found!

The left side is almost identical - even the tree lines  up  ;D

Certainly looks right, well done.

I had a gut feeling Paris, but didn't say as I had nothing to prove it.  ::) ::)

Same here...it just felt like I had seen it before after many years of visiting France.
