Thanks, Bookbox  :)

A family tree has the mention of Ann being Ann Pollard. Not sure  :-\ There is this marriage/banns in 1800 https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NJYV-TMW

Not sure it is the right detail for Ann and William. She was still having children with Anna being born in 1838. Her age in the 1841 census also does not fit well with a marriage in 1800.

The only other entry I can see is this one in 1836 https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NF9T-GLM

Mother maiden name for Anna Plucknatt (as indexed) is BALL:

PLUCKNATT, ANNA  -  Mother's maiden surname BALL
GRO Reference: 1838  J Quarter in SAINT GEORGE (IN THE EAST) IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLE  Volume 02  Page 109

Twists and turns for sure on this one.... ;)

John Landro's father's occupation looks like carpenter.

I suspect it is Labourer. (There is some overflow from the final r of Widower in the previous column.)

There are two Johns, father and son.  The son (groom) is a labourer, and the groom's father is a carpenter.

Well spotted.
