MarriageLocator says that the marriage of Frank Pepper and Florence Harding in 1896 was at Newington St Matthew. With this known, can anyone find it? It was in the 3rd quarter of the year. Frank was christened there the same year (aged 23) and his daughter was christened at St. Mary's Newington in 1903.

Marriages 1868-1914 have not been uploaded to the LMA collection on Ancestry. They have been missing since 2009.

To get the actual date, you'll need to visit the LMA or order the cert from the GRO.
