Cause of Death for Relative

Can somebody advise what they believe the cause of death was for my Great Grand Aunt.  I can not figure this one out and yet the entire page I can read no problem. Always the way.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much Sam Swift for my answer. I must have stared at that for ages but just couldn't put it together. Once again this web page and the kind people that reach out to people like me are so much appreciate. This has helped me in my research so much.
