Eliza Booth b. 1865 Yorkshire or Derbyshire?
« on: Monday 07 August 17 11:14 BST (UK) »
I have total block finding Eliza, details of what I have found are below:

Marriage to John Bailey 19 May 1887  Ravensthorpe, St Saviour, Yorkshire father names as John (miner) Eliza states her age as 22 so birth 1865.

1891 Census Mirfield : age abt 1864  Where born: West Milton, Yorkshire (should this be West Melton, Yorkshire ?
1901 Census Mirfield : age abt 1864  Where born : West Milton, Yorkshire
1911 Census Dewsbury : age abt 1870  Where born : Clay Cross, Derbyshire

I cannot find Eliza on any earlier censuses with father John, or baptism records in either of above places.........any ideas ?

Is it possible he was widowed and wed a different Eliza between 1901 and 1911? Both age and PoB are quite different. I have instances like this in my tree.

I've glanced at FreeBMD and there are a lot of possibilities. Doesn't help that Bailey is such a common surname.

Is it possible he was widowed and wed a different Eliza between 1901 and 1911?

They claim to have been married 22 yrs in 1911 census.
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.
