BREED ancestors in Braintree, Essex

Hi,
Can anyone please shed some light on my ancestor Aaron Breed (~1795-1856)?
I know he was a master baker who lived in Braintree at these various addresses:
1823/24 - The Square
1841-1845 - Great Square
1848-1856 - Pound End
He was married to Mary (Unknown) and had several children.   Joseph Aaron (1826-1856), Sarah (~1832-?) and Thomas (1837-?) were some of the children I have found but there were apparently other sons and daughters which I can't seem to find.
If anyone can provide any information about the unknown children, Aaron's wife or any relatives connected with this family I would be most grateful.
Trying to search my ancestry whilst living in Australia can be quite frustrating at times!

1851 essex census would answer your query, re Aaron but of all the indexes i have, i dont have that one 
but i do have 1841 essex which i will also have a look through.
a few notes..

1861 braintree index shows Thomas age 23 still at home with his mother.

no other occupants in the house, shame, that may have given you a few clues, sorry.

no news on the 1841 as yet, the writing is very feint.
Any luck on the 1851 from elsewhere yet?
