Andrew Brown's Family

I was hoping that someone could help me by tidying the white marks 'scratches' on this photo.
Andrew Brown was on of the first settlers in this area of New South Wales over the Blue Mountains.
Like many of the early settlers he was a philanthropist, and among other things he did, he started a school for the railway workers children in 1867.  That school now known as Cooerwull Public School (named after Andrew's House) is this year celebrating 150th birthday and as a part of the celebrations we hope present the school with a framed photo of Andrew's Family.

Don't know what is going on - my computer says it is 256 Kbs  RC is saying it is bigger than 500 Kbs.  Does this often.  Wish I knew why!!
