Can anyone Date and Possibly give a location of this photo.

Unfortunately there are no landmarks for identification, so I would say impossible to say the locaton, but it is possibly in Great Britain, because of the fences in the background.  I hope somebody may be able to date this for you.

I believe that it could be before 1915 when the economy jacket was introduced which was produced without pocket pleats. Is there anything on the back? The white borders on postcards was also introduced around the same time, assuming that this is a postcard.
