Crime: Charged on the Oaths of Samuel FISHER and William CARTER on suspicion of having on the night of the 13th day of January inst feloniously stolen from a farm yard in the Parish of Compton Greenfield a chestnut Gelding the property of
Marks, Status etc.
Light brown hair, grey eyes, fresh complexion, thin face, large nose, rise on the bridge thereof wide nostrils, lower front teeth irregular, two long scars down right jaw, a mole rt? side his neck, four moles rt arm, two moles left arm, two moles on the small of his back, a mark on left chin, varicose veins on left leg, read and write.

I don't know if that meant he was sentenced to death, other prisoners entries include transportation, x time in the penitentiary, and death recorded.
