Yes, we have Mary Jane (married) in 1881:

Edward Huston Head 38 b. L'pool Butcher
Mary J Huston Wife 34 b. Ireland

Children, all born L'pool:
Agnes 14
Ann Jane 7
Margaret 4

I'm going to buy some more time on 1837online and look through the index for the marriage of Edward and Mary Jane again. I think this is the best idea, don't you?

Also in 1891:

However the original census form is confusing, and i don't think we can trust 100% the statement of Belfast as her place of birth.

To check an occupation on any online census means you have to open the image first then find the family on the page.  It's easy to do if there are just a couple of the same name, but it would take ages if there are a great many of the same name.  It's a shame you can't find their marriage as you would at least be able to narrow the search down if you knew her fathers christian name.
The 1851 is supposed to be going online at Ancestry end of this year or early 2006 so you may have more luck then

Thanks for your help. Another good census return i can add to the folder!

As i said earlier, i think, if i had to guess at a father's name at this stage i would say (after having looked at Gillow's atchives) Richard or Robert. Then again we can't be sure really.

I'll let you know how the search on 1837 goes!

Update!

I found the reference for the birth of Agnes, (who I think is) Edward Huston and Mary Jane's eldest daughter. It's Oct 1866.

So, still in search for Edward and Mary-Jane's marriage cert., I worked back from 1866, right the way through to 1859 but found no record of their marriage.

Do you think they may have gone back to Mary-Jane's hometown in Ireland to get married? Does anyone know where to start if they were married in Ireland??!

I shall order Agnes' birth certificate and I will hope that the maiden name of her mother ties in with family legend - Edmundston.

My comment for the baptism of Maria Edmundson
please disregard, after I logged off for the
night, I checked on the 1881 Census and realised
her birthplace was given as Ireland, the baptism
took place in Lancaster.

So I doubt very much this would be the baptism you are looking for.
