Looking for a baptism record for Eveline Seaton (born Q1 1889 in Appleton) on the off chance that the father's name is included.

Her birth registration doesn't give a mothers maiden name so likely no father to be found 

I see in 1891 she is a boarder with a Steptoe family.

Have you found her in 1901 - did she marry and name a father?

Looking at a Tree they have her Mother as ALICE born c 1865 Appleton. Is that correct?

If so Alice married Albert Edward Johnson 1893 in Oxfordshire.

1901 the Johnson Family are living in Aston, Warwickshire.
Next Census Alice Johnson is down as born c 1868.

I have traced Eliza back, Parents Charles/Eliza and Charles Parents James/Firebrace.

Yes, got her in 1901, recorded as Walter and Julia Steptoe's daughter, still in Appleton.

Allegedly she married Alfred M Duvall (my wife's grandfather) around 1909 but there is no actual record of the marriage to be found!
