Alice Lyles Wiley
« on: Thursday 04 January 18 15:34 GMT (UK) »
Trying to trace birth date and parents name for Alice Lyles Wiley.
I have a marriage certificate from 1906 telling me she was 30 and her fathers name was Richard.
There is a Alice Lilas Wiley born 1876 with a Father also Richard, but a different occupation so I have discounted him.
Alice married George Smith who lived in Nottingham.
Hopefully someone can help.

What information does the 1911 census give for Alices age and place of birth.

What occupation was given for Richard on the marriage.

Is this the family in 1911  :-\

I think that the 1876 Kensington reg birth is most likely your Alice.  Occupations of fathers on marriages are not reliable

Richard Wiley married Jessie A Wade 1875 Kensington.
