Higgins/Barlow - Look up please

I have a John & James Higgins both listed as being born in Burslem 1888 & 1891 with the Mother's maiden name as Barlow.

Could anyone look up a marriage between Higgins (possibly John) and mother as Barlow please?

Also, any other detail on the two boys (or more siblings please?)

I have Mary B 1886 , John 1888, James 1891 all born in Burslem & Maggie Higgins 1893 born in Shelton district with the father as Higgins and the mother as Barlow.

That's about all I know I'm afraid.

Where do you have any of them after their birth?

I cannot find them on any census, hence not knowing the Mother's forename.

Its the Mother and Father I'm after - a lovely forename and marriage date would be heaven lol

So he will not be on a census.

I have looked through and could only find the same death as JJen.

Is it the name you are searching rather than the people? It just seems odd that you only have births and no other information at all.
It just helps that’s all.
