I have just received a copy of the marriage certificate of John Brown and Sarah Woosnam at the Baptist Chapel,Park Street,Newtown 27th April 1864.
There is no father's name listed for John Brown, if any one has access to the Chapel's register can they please look up to see if his father is listed on them. Many Thanks

Does anybody have an actual street name for Hil Tenement/Cottage please?

No street names– no streets  :)

You can find Hill Tenement Farm on the old Tithe Maps held by the National Library of Wales
The dates of these vary but approximately 1845 - 1850

https://places.library.wales/

Type Ceri or Kerry, Powys into the modern place name box

On the map, scroll west of Kerry following the A489 Kerry to Bishops’ Castle road.  All the places mentioned below are to the south of the A489 between Glan Mule and Sarn, so try to centre your screen on this area.

Use the Occupier box at left of screen to find Venables
Use the map choices at right of screen to toggle between maps.  Satellite view will help get your bearings; NLS 1888 – 1913 will help you identify Hill Tenement.

Using this combination you should find:
Joseph Venables held Lower Tre-ffîn, about 113 acres, owned by Richard Leyland Esq.
Richard Venables held Sybwll and Hill Tenement with about 74 acres, owned by Rev. Daniel Pryce Powell

Alternatively use the National Library of Scotland Maps.  Hill Tenement can be found in the lower right hand section of the map, east of Pant y drain Hill and Fron derw Wood; west of Pant y Folog and Little Gwernthrew.
