George Harrington remarriage

Can anyone help with my continuing saga with this Harrington family?

George Harrington, b. Alphamstone, Essex, about 1859, marries Alice Cook in Sudbury, Dec 1878. Alice died in 1892, and the story I now have is that he remarried shortly after her death.
In 1901 Ongar, Epping, I have found a George Harrington that might fit, married to a Sarah Jane, born 1856 in Rattlesden? Suffolk, but can't seem to find a marriage record. It's important because it will give a clue to when George's children with Alice Cook moved away.

Can't immediately see a marriage to Sarah Jane.

Are they together in 1911 to indicate number of years married? 

There are a few Sarah Jane births in the right district that could be her and at 45 she may have already been married before.

A possibility Sarah using her middle name when marrying?

There is a George Harrington in the 1911 census living in Romford born 1862 Buse Essex with wife Jane born Rattlesden Suffolk

In 1891 there is a Jane Death 38 servant widow born same place as Sarah Jane Harrington.

I also cannot find a marriage to Sarah Jane in 1901 but  I think I have found some of the children in 1901.
Alice is with grandparents John & Mary A Harrington on Rye Farm Bures nr Sudbvury
Rebecca is with her aunt Mary Jane Brown an office cleaner b 1854 a widow in Whitechapel London
Frederick Charles and Rosa Emma are both on a farm with Robert Buckton and his family in Ripon Yorkshire. Fdk is a Cattleman and Rosa a Cook.

Sorry I can't find any others at the moment or tell you when they moved but hope this helps.

Yes, that Jane Death looks right, especially on that 1911 census I see there is a crossed out entry for a Death son!
Thanks for the help in the children, forte. I think I have most of them sourced after the family split from 1901 onwards, but needed the father's remarriage to determine when the split might have happened.
