Hi
I have a Joseph Fry b abt 1812 Guernsey whose father was also Joseph.  In the 1841 census he was at Breage, Cornwall and in 1851 at Newbridge in the Parish of Sancreed, Cornwall.  Do you think this could be the same one?
Jean

Hi,  Yes it is the same family. My line down through Joseph daughter Elizabeth. Joseph wed twice. First to Jane William Eddy 3 Nov 1835 at Landwednack child Elizabeth Jane born 9 Apr 1836, Mother Jane died in childbirth. buried the following day, The daughter Elizabeth Jane died about 2 weeks later buried 21 Apr 1836. He then wed Mary Ann Hall 6 Oct 1838. I have listed 14 children to this marriage from 1839 to 1863, but have not yet verified this info. I was in contact with Raymond Forward some time ago who was looking in some depth at this line. So he would be well worth contacting. Terry St. Just
