I am still finding my way around this site so apologies if I am not doing my replies correctly.
Why would Mey Ferguson Miller use the name Marjory Leven Scott once married? She also named her daughter born 1852 Marjory Leven Scott, hence the link to her brother Gilbert Gordon Miller.
Are you able to let me know where this information can be found (by me) so I can study it further?
You are a star!! Carol

"I can find no record of the marriage of baptisms, apart from William in 1826."

What have you found for William?

The marriages you mention at reply #3...what church is this?

Hi, Not sure who you mean by William? Haven't discovered him yet :-)) By 'reply # 3' are you asking the respondent  isobelw?

There are two different unrelated family groups discussed in this post. My response was specifically to the query about Marjory Leven Scott.
