can someone please tell me how would i find out if the stephen Jonas name on the memorial at ughborough is the stephen Jonas i am looking for
his family were from that area
i haven't been able to trace him past 1881
would anyone be able to look or tell me if he signed up 
or how i would get a certificate of death for someone who died in ww1

What type of memorial is it,
is it for Servicemen who died in WW1?
Have you tried the site CWGC?
There are a few listed by that name on there,
