Using the address given on the 4th December 1932 death certificate, and then browsing the electoral registers;
1914-15 Thomas Williams registered at 26 Sidney Place. Part of Edge Hill Ward; The West Derby Division, Liverpool
1920 - same address for Thomas, and wife can now be registered  - so Annie Teresa
1925 - same address - Thomas senior, Annie Teresa, Thomas junior
1930 - same address - Thomas senior and Annie Teresa
1934/5 - same address - Annie Teresa, Leslie John, and Joseph

So a more permanent move from 1911 address
Surname Interests
Massey, Munkley, Powell, Thompson, Thurkettle

Hello,
I have established that Thomas (Ford) Williams was my Great Grandfather, his daughter Annie (another) was my Gran; one of her sons was my father, William Henry Tarr. I have started compiling a family tree.
