The next entries aren't very easy to read as the writing is rather faded:

25th Thursday

Remained on the sands all day with Poppy and Diane.  Went for a swim in the afternoon.  Going to the pics with Grandpa evening.  Read some P.......   .............    Sylvia (?)

Friday 26th

Sat on beach all day with Poppy and Diane.  Walked up to Knightstone.  Met Bob and Brian.  Climbed the rocks and had a marvellous time.  Met Ron and Jimmy.   Afterward they asked to see us.

Sat 27th

Went on prom in the morning.  In the afternoon met Ron and Jimmy and went for a drive to Wells, Cheddar and Wookey.  Supposed to meet Bob and Brian but did not.  Saw 'Gentlemen are Born' with Jean Muir, Ann Dvorak, Margaret Lindsay and Franchot Tone.

I'd certainly be happy to do some more LS - am finding them fascinating.  Was in the shop today so had quite a bit of time on my hands,  in between customers, hence today's output.   ;D

Looking at RT's posts I think a couple of my 'Bob and Brian' should be 'Poppy and Diane' - coincidence that she spent time with two sets of people with such  similar  shorthand outlines  ;D
