Depends what libraries you can access.........

I've go the 1773/74 directory but that's a bit early for you.

As far as I know, there's nothing on the www.

If you mean the Scottish Genealogical Society library, then yes, but it costs money if you are a non-member.

The Edinburgh Central Library, on the other hand, is free !

  ibi, yes, the FHS library in Victoria Terrace Edinburgh- fiver per day for non members, free to members.  Adie.
