Name and address of nominator index card

Hi can anyone help with the name and address of the nominator for my long lost uncle who left for Australia and was never heard from again..
Every little clue help just trying trace what happened to him! :)

Robert Osborn Mawby  ???

I'm comparing what I think the b in Mawby is to the lower case b in Brisbane, not the b in Robert (which is written more distinctly).

I'm leaning to Osborn, as the n looks like the n in Brisbane.

MAWBY.—At the Mater Misericordiae Hospital, on 1st April, 1915, Robert Osborn Mawby, beloved eldest son of the late Robert Mawby, Esq., J.P., of Spalding, Lincolnshire, England, aged 49 years. Home papers please copy.

Could you provide the parents names and mothers’ maiden names for Charles and Mary, please?

The Mawby’s arrived in 1908 on the ‘Ophir’. Robert Osborn 41, farmer wife Lucy Sophia 42 and 2 sons Robert Noel Anthony 12 and Geoffrey 11. All from Suffolk.
