You don't say where in the world they lived.  If you are talking about England/Wales then you can search the GRO index for birth registrations for surname Buckle mmn Smith

also freebmd after 1912

You can also check any of the censuses to see if there's more children on there.

forgive me if you know this - and it sounds like you do -- but the Parish marriage record of Thomas William Buckle and Ethel Smith is amongst the West Yorkshire marriages on the Ancestry site if you have access. Identical to a marriage certificate. Thomas William's father was a Joseph Buckle, Tailor.

(There seems to be 2 Thomas William Buckles around -- a slightly younger one - a widower also - remarried in 1909 - his father was a William Buckle, Tailor. Married in Leeds.
I only mention this because it would be easy to get 2 people, both named Thomas William Buckle and living in the same area, confused. Especially as both their fathers were Tailors!)

The baptisms of at least 2 of their children - Lily May and George Percival are amongst the West Yorkshire Baptisms.

These sets of records may be useful for you for your research in that area.

Again -- my apologies if you know this.
Places of interest;
Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.

In 1891 Grandma is a widow and a tailor, and is lodging with George Hawkshaw. He is with her on the 1901 and 1911.

I can't see a marriage between an Emma and a Joseph Buckle.

I've found a Joseph Buckle, aged 21, single, boarder, Tailor Leeds, Yorkshire (West Riding), England, on the 1871.

Mm, in 1881 this one is married to a Martha and no son Thomas.

From a combination of Thomas William Buckle's WW1 records, and baptism/marriage records in Leeds,  George had a half-sister:

Thomas remarried in 1909 to Harriet Collins.  They had a daughter, Eveline Elizabeth, born in 1910, and they all appear together in the 1911.

The WW1 service records record Eveline's birth date as 05 May 1910 and George Percival's birth date as 10 Dec 1907.

I didn't see any other half siblings in the baptisms (on a very quick search), but I have not searched the GRO for others.
