This looks to be the birth of Winifred in Scotland -

WINIFRED M A ROWLETT 1921 005/1 85 Lerwick

Further details can be found on ScotlandsPeople, you'll need to purchase the birth cert for confirmation of the correct Winifred.

I am super chuffed with jjen's detective work, I would never have thought to look there. Fingers crossed the birth certificate comes back correct. I may have to ask for your help finding my gggrandfather who has no death registration and is 174 now. x
