Carrowmore-Lacken/Kilcummin

I would be interested if anyone has Golden relatives from Rathlacken. I am also chasing up Duffy from this general area. I think people from these families mainly went to USA but perhaps some ended up in England. Thanks.

Can you be a bit more specific please?

The title of your posting and the contents do not appear to be connected.

Is Carrowmore the townland - just outside Knock?

I'm about to start researching my wife's family - Duffy from Mayo, who moved to Dublin at about the turn of the 19th century.

Rgds,

Justin

Sorry no it's not- my interests are in Kilcummin parish and a bit of Lacken parish  - Carrowmore-Lacken is part of that as is Rathlacken. It is coastal between Killala and Ballycastle.
I have Duffy from that area.
Best wishes
Heywood
