Bert Stevens - crease removal & tidy up request

I am hoping someone can 'repair' the crease marks on this photo of my great uncle Bert.

A little clean up would be great as well.

That's excellent thanks Mike - it's like the creases never existed! A lovely clean & fresh restore & I have downloaded the larger version which is much appreciated.
I'll have a look to see if I have anymore musicians in the family for you

Three different formats and I spent some time ridding it of speckling and making the thumb and fingers show up clearer.

3 great versions DrDude - I can see you have done a lot of work on not only removing the creases but all the spots & other blemishes. His fingers are definitely clearer so thank you for that. All your work is very much appreciated.

I have coloured this as I was interested in painted furniture which was fashionable many years ago. I have never seen one like this though, there seems to be added bits all over the place. I think I may have added some more too.
