I can't locate the matching burial in the St Michael, Stone Parish Registers.

I have since found, as per the Parish registers of St Michael, Stone ;  (I have a copy)
“The Names of those buried at Stone Anno Dom 1740 . . . . Sarah ye wife of Mr John PEAK of Aston was buried July ye 5th 1740”
