Wouldn't be unusual for a census to quote the wrong info thou.

Just making a note of two Lutz families - parents John and Leena/Lina who appear to live in the same area.
the 1870 census shows another John and Lina Lutz with two children Henry and Mary . John is a wheel wright so his occupation differs from that of John Lutz (cabinet maker) on the 1880 census (above) and those two children don't appear with the Lutz family at John Street Philadelphia.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-DC37-WCT?i=96&cc=1320976Strangely there is a death record for a Lina Lutz born Germany 29 December 1900 and that gives 240 E Thompson Street. Ward 18. Philadelphia as the address.
Burial Glenwood Cemetery.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-6SDW-WC5?i=707&cc=1320976Sadly it might be difficult to get information from the cemetery - the cemetery no longer exists - cemetery was incorporated in 1851, and the final interment was made in 1921. In 1938, the remains were removed to Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Bloomall, Delaware County, PA.
