A L Jones Llysfaen 1851

I am looking at the 1851 census for Llysfaen Caernvonshire and find Catherine Elizabeth Jones b.1843 living with her father AL Jones and mother Mary.  I can't find then in 1844 or 1861 onwards.  Catherine marries in 1863 but the parents are still missing.  Any thoughts on why they only exist in 1851?

I think the father's initials are probably O.L. rather than A L.

Birth of the son:
JONES, OWEN  LUKE     mmn DAVIES 
GRO Reference: 1845  M Quarter in CONWAY UNION  Volume 27  Page 355

Possible marriage for the parents:

1861 census
The head of Ty mawr is the 15 year old son Owen Luke Jones. Mother Mary is also missing. Catherine is there as well as two uncles William and Lewis Davies.

Thank you for all your help.  It would make sense that the father is also Owen Luke.
