Seeking information on Tommy Osborne and one Collicott.  Osborne well-enough known in Exeter, c. 1812, as purveyor ballads but his life-history remains elusive.  Even more so Collicott - a ballad-seller, native of Shebbear, who died in Bideford Union in 1841.
