Trying to find - Patricia Mary Carter, Scunthorpe Area 1960s

I've been asked to try and trace a Patricia Mary Carter who had a  son Harris Carter in 1965 in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. Ive looked for a birth cert for her on 1837online between July 1939 and December 1951 but not found any births in Glanford Brigg district)

Has anyone any tips on where to look for people that may still be living? Am used to tracing "departed" people, not possible live ones! Are there any websites that help?
