I know his brother James who died in 1965 left everything to George so was hoping he may of done as well.

Do you actually have James's Will or are you just taking information from the probate index. I see George T was the sole executor (not necessarily the sole beneficiary)

I have his will I am in the process of emailing the said solicitors to see if this is the exact will I have.
I did purchase it from the said solicitors.

Seems highly irregular for a solicitors to SELL a copy of a clients Will!

James was an uncle I never knew his brother George as we moved from Newcastle when I was 8yrs.

They varied charged £15 for an uncle and only £10 for his wife have paid as much as £20 for my late husbands brother.
